Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior request for a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

Please inspect your order when you receive it, and if the merchandise is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem
and correct the problem.

Shipping costs for product returns or exchanges initiated by product quality issues will be borne by us. If the return or exchange is initiated by the buyer and is not a product quality issue, the buyer will bear the shipping cost.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you have, once the return has been accepted, please purchase the new item separately.

Notwithstanding the above, if an item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and cause.
